Consultants hold the Jan Fennell Advanced Certificate of Dog Listening. Doreen has completed a basic introductory course in Tellington Touch techniques (a further gentle approach to dealing with canine problems) with Sarah Fisher, and is currently studying for a diploma in canine psychology.

• Consultation fee is £150.00 inclusive of a specific action plan for your dog, and free ongoing post consultation advice by e mail or telephone.
• Consultations normally last between 2-4 hours, depending on individual need and can be arranged for day time, evenings or week ends.
• I encourage everyone who is in daily or frequent contact with the dog to be present at the consultation if possible, to ensure that the dog gets consistent signals.
• Fee payment can be negotiated and reduced fees are available for owners who can prove their dog is a rescue case.
• Consultations carried out throughout Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, the Midlands and beyond on request.
• Mileage is charged at 40 pence to/from my home base in Staffordshire.
• Business hours are Monday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday & Sunday by arrangement. Please leave a message on my landline answer machine and I will respond as promptly as possible.
